The Competency Assurance team was contracted by Santos to develop and deliver a five-day Hydrocarbons Fundamentals course for all operational staff of their GLNG plant. Course material included basic physics and chemistry, gathering and processing basics, and some key points on the equipment involved in the gathering and processing of CSG/LNG. The on-the-job training workbooks for the six operator roles were designed for practical application of learning, review and assessment of competency.
