The BSB30120 Certificate III in Business is suitable for those already working in or seeking to enter into office administration roles. These roles typically undertake a range of routine procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks requiring technology and business skills. They may provide technical advice and support to a team, and use discretion and judgement.
Training and assessment in this qualification require access to facilities and equipment in a relevant work environment. Participants are therefore required to be currently employed in such an environment, with access available for training and assessment to be conducted at the workplace.

Entry Requirements
There are no entry requirements for this qualification, but a moderate English language, literacy and numeracy skill level is recommended. Participants will undertake a Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) assessment prior to enrolment to identify any educational support needs.
It is recommended that participants have access to a computer with up-to-date software and a reliable internet connection.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Please enquire regarding the availability of RPL.
To be awarded the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business qualification, participants must achieve competency in thirteen (13) units of competency, consisting of:
- Six (6) core units, and
- Seven (7) elective units.
